Let’s start with your short list of ingredients: 

• 3-4 garlic cloves (minced) 
• 1 cup of Ketchup (not boring Heinz: go long with something out of the ordinary) 
• 1/4 cup of brown sugar 
• 1/4 to 1/2 cup of brown sugar 
• half a cup of chili sauce (the hotter the better) 
• two to three tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce 
• a quarter of a tablespoon of celery seed
• salt: season for effect, maybe a pinch or two 
• a dash or two of pepper sauce or chilli peppers off the vine 
• 8-10 large chicken breast halves with the bone in (or not this is a bit of a judgment call) 

How to cook this fine chicken dish: 

Start with a saucepan, saute the garlic in butter (organic) until it’s tender, then add the rest of your ingredients and bring to a vigorous boil as you stir the ingredients. Take it off the stove and set it aside. 

Grill your chicken for 30-45 minutes depending on how well done you want it. Baste it with your sauce and then grill for 5-10 minutes longer or until the juices run clear – serve the dish and if have time make some extra sauce to serve on the side.
