Returns

When an order is returned to us due to delivery issues or an authorization was given to return the product by customer service, the customer will receive a credit for the cost of the product upon our receipt of the returned item. You can expect to see a refund on your credit card account within one to three business days depending on your bank’s refund policy.

Return restrictions

All cigarette machines have a 1 year manufactures warranty. Please fill out and send in your warranty card. You must return these machines directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Addresses are included with each machine. We are unable to accept returns of these products.

Cancelling an order

We apologize but placed orders can only be cancelled by customer service and cannot be cancelled from the website. If you need to change or cancel an order, you should contact customer service as soon as possible. We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible and we are unable to guarantee that any order will be able to be changed or cancelled once the order has been placed.

Credits

Credits: In the event of approval, WCC holds the right to replace damaged merchandise or provide a refund, subject to its sole discretion. Refunds will be granted in the form of credits, which will be applied to the customer’s account, encompassing shipping costs incurred by the customer for approved RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations). A restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price will be evaluated and subtracted from the merchandise credit.

Damage Replacements

If you have received damaged product, please contact Customer Service at your earliest convenience so that we may initiate an investigation with the carrier. These investigations can take between 4-8 business days to complete and are completed to ensure that the carrier is aware of your issue and can take steps to prevent them in the future.

Defective Replacements

If your received product is defective, please contact customer service for further assistance.

Shipping Errors

All shipping errors on orders must be called in within 48 hours of delivery. If you do not report errors within the 48 hours we will not be responsible for shipping errors. Customer must have Invoice available for verification of information on Invoice when contacting customer service regarding errors in their orders.
